  If you are looking for a used car from a reputable dealer this is THE PLACE TO GO. They have a wide selection of vehicles and great professional advice on a car that fits your personal needs. The staff is extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Brad answered all my questions and I never felt rushed in anyway. They make the paper work process easy and explain the details clearly. If anyone I know is looking to purchase a car or If I ever have a need in the future I would without hesitation tell anyone to go to Car City.

  After being turned down over and over again by dealer after dealer, I went to car city. The same day I went in, my name was on a loan and a car registration. The service is quick and wonderful and they really helped me get what I need. If you are credit challenged, make car city your first stop!   Very happy with my experience. I have been seeing Car City's ads for years in the Yorktown Penny Saver and when my vehicle finally kicked the bucket and I was in the market for a new car I figured that there was a good place to start. I browsed on their website initially, (which is far better than most dealers,) and went personally on a Saturday afternoon.
  
  Once you get past the smaller lot, parking lot, and offices (which was very surprising since there are so many cars online) and the final result was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful, the process was equally great, and the Honda that I did buy was in tip top shape.
  
  I would recommend Car City to any of my associates if they were in the market for a used vehicle.

  Very nice people to deal with, although their facilities could use a little updating I won't hold that against them. They very clearly explained how their EZ Financing worked, what was required on my part, what their obligations were, and what my down payment and monthly payment would be. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle with credit "challenges" to look past the small (dirty) office and crammed lot because the large nicely paved dealerships with cafes and leather seating in them kept denying me.

  I wanted to take a moment and write about my fantastic experience with Car City of Danbury. I am a day traded that commutes to Manhattan every day, because of this I need a new vehicle every two or so years, due to the excessive amount of miles I incur.
  
  When the economy went in the toilet it took along with it 3/4 of my income, and about 250 points off of my credit score, so leasing a brand new vehicle like I had done numerous times in the past was no longer an option. I am a hard working good person who like many just fell on hard times. I saw your ad for Guaranteed Credit Approval and hoped that it really was true.
  
  Your staff was excellent to me from the moment I walked into the office, as we were looking at vehicle choices, all the way up until I drove off of the lot in my 2011 Accord. I was never once treated like I was a second class buyer due to my credit, or never felt like I was between a rock and a hard place because they knew I had little options for financing a vehicle due to my current situation.
  
  I want to thank you very much, thank my salesman Brad, and hope that I can return the favor by letting anyone I know who needs a vehicle to also contact you. Outstanding, see you in a year or two.

  I drove two and a half hours from Middleburgh NY to look at a GTI that was online PRAYING the entire way that the car was like it showed online. After wasting my time driving to 4 other dealerships only to be a victim of the ol Bait and switch tactic.
  
  I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and didn’t want some pushy salesman trying to convince me to buy this, its just as good, or the I m sorry, that vehicle sold a few days ago and we didn’t have a chance to take it offline yet.
  
  When I got to Car City I was VERY surprised because the GTI that was online, with the options that were listed and pictures that were shown were actually THE SAME! I am very happy with the vehicle, the salesman Brad was great, the price was good, and the overall transaction was smooth as can be asked for. If I am ever in the market for another used car I will save myself all the aggregation and driving and make 1 phone call to Brad and have him handle everything again.

  I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Car City, my wife’s Accord, my daughters VW Cabrio and my S10, and every transaction was as smooth as I could ever hope for...I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, from the owner down to their car detailer Marcos, they all treat me with respect and are willing to take time to make sure everything is “good” with me and my vehicles.
  
  When we went in to look for a car for my daughter our salesman Brad not only recognized us from our last purchase, but remembered mine and my wife’s name, and even had the oil changed and car washed on my wife’s car while we browsed the lot.
  
  Once my daughter caught eyes on a Cabrio Brad put a plate on it and the top down so she could test drive it, and even let her use his iphone so she could test out the AUX jack on the stereo. They really go WELL ABOVE the “normal” dealership to ensure that all of their customers are happy... and you don't get the "big dealer" runaround...

  I am very happy with my purchase. I like the fact that the salesman who`add2`shows you vehicles is also the same person that handles all the financing, that way there isn’t the running back to talk to my manager game that other dealerships play.
  
  I told Greg what I was looking for as far as down payment and what I needed in a vehicle (auto, 4x4, and under 80,000 miles) and that’s what he showed me, not trying to convince me to get something else. I knew what I wanted and after about an hour I signed all the necessary papers for my new 2006 Toyota Highlander.
  
  When I picked up the car (2 days later, wasn’t thrilled about that,) Greg asked me if I would post feedback on a few websites and I flat out told him that I would BUT only after a few days to make sure the car was good.
  
  And... Here I am 10 days later. Great experience, GREAT VEHICLE!

  I was SO TIRED of the whole process of trying to by a used car, and all the salesman nonsense. Every place I went told me that I didn’t have enough credit to finance. I know, if I had credit I wouldn’t be at these small places, Id be at a new car dealership. I spent 4 hours at the place in Queens Major World (which is a whole different experience) which was like 2 hour drive and then they said my proof of income the bank cant accept. Then like what seemed like a whole day at Better Way and they had me approved then out of no where Joe tells me they bank said they needed $1500 more to make the deal work on top of the $1700 I told them is all I had.
  
  I went to Car City, (I didn’t go there first cause I heard things about them) and wished I saved myself all the aggravation and time. They asked my 15 questions and typed it into the computer and then we were test driving cars that I actually could get. What, I actually got approved??? That was it, no crazy stories about what the bank said or asking me for more money than I could come up with. They actually treated me right.
  
  2 days after (I guess they wait for the bank to finish processing everything) I drove out with my car. Brad asked me to write a review on them if I was happy, but even if he didn’t ask I still would of cause people need to know that this really is a good place. Might be small and a bit dingy but they make it happen!

  I am very happy with my purchase from Car City. The 04 Elentra I bought had a few issues when I first looked at it on the lot, (it's 8 years old, of course its going to have something wrong with it,) but as soon as I committed to purchasing the car all of the problems were resolved with no run around from the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone with bad or no credit looking to buy a car.

  I had terrible Credit and was afraid that I would have to pay through the roof for a car. I saw a sign on the window that said BAD CREDIT NO PROBLEM. So I decided to try them out. I was so relieved when Brad (Salesperson) informed me of all my options. He put me in a car that was a late model and it didn’t hurt my checkbook. I enjoyed the buying process so much that I purchased a second car there.

I suspect that the people who are posting the negatives are people who have issues if you know what I mean.

  Being 22 and having very little credit I found it difficult trying to get a loan. Everywhere I went either wanted $4,000 or more down, wanted to sell me a lemon or flat out declined me.
  
  After reading an ad in The Penny Saver I figured that I would give Car City a shot, and I am so glad that I did! $1,500 down, $224 a month, and I'm finally able to build my credit in the process.

  There are a lot of used car dealers out there, and most of them claim they can finance anyone. I found out why so many of my friends buy their used cars here. When they say they'll get you approved, they mean it.

  I did a TON of research before I even drove to any dealership. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I was prepared to pay, and I knew what my Audi was worth.

But after I filled out the online credit application Charlie emailed me with a whole list of cars that I qualified for. The very next day I was able to drive away in my Accord which I LOVE!!!   Charlie, As you know this is the second vehicle that I've purchased from you, and once again I want to commend you on your excellent sense of customer loyalty. Without Car City the first time I might have still been trying to get a car loan. As far as I'm concerned yours is the ONLY dealership that deserves to say '100% Approved'.
